RESULTS International Australia (RIA) is a secular not-for-profit non-partisan organisation committed to generating the public and political will to end global poverty.  It has been operating in Australia for 27 years and, along with sister organisations in several other countries, the New York Times has called it “the best kept secret in international development”.

Consider this – globally, 1 in 7 people live in extreme poverty; aid is dropping lower and lower on the list of our Government’s priorities; 1 in 4 people with HIV dies from Tuberculosis; and RESULTS is not happy about that.  This July, RESULTS activists from all over Australia and the World will be meeting in Melbourne to learn more about what a citizen can do to help change the world in the areas of Tuberculosis, Vaccinations, Nutrition, Education & Micro-finance.
